Most resident evil fans aren’t even aware this title exists due to what seems like a large miscalculation by Capcom. It’s a mature rated gameboy color game based on a wickedly popular series of games that debuted on the Playstation. Generally most players old enough to appreciate blood, gore, and some good ol’ fashioned Zombie shooting fun weren’t toting around GBCs. However for those of us who were familiar with both we were rewarded a unique perspective on the Resident Evil franchise.

Resident Evil 6 was just released this last Tuesday. We were finally able to start playing it last night, and let me tell you, we won’t be getting anything done for quite a while because of this! In honor of the game release here is a retro blog for Resident Evil Gaiden!
