Almost our entire cel collection could be a collection oddity as they’re one of a kind and while others might have similar cels, rarely will there be an exact copy. This cel though is rarer than most as it’s from a commercial which by nature are short and even when fully animated don’t have a lot of artwork available and it’s from a commercial that’s mostly live action. The animation section where this cel comes from is on screen for less than a full second!

G1 My Little Pony Sprinkles. This is from Hasbro’s G1 line of ponies. This pony is in really good shape for being almost 30 years old. Eye paint and symbols are good. She does have several brown VDS spots one side. Mane and tail are very silky and shiny. Overall great Pony in great shape. A wonderful addition to your herd.

Favorite Anime Creators: Rintaro [ りんたろう ]
Rintaro (also known by his real name, Shigeyuki Hayashi) is a director well known for his favoring of dark color palettes and sometimes harsh & even mechanical landscapes, contrasted with soft, youthful character designs. A fan of both American and French cinema as well as science fiction, his works have been influenced by them and tend to lean towards heavy themes of life, death, and apocalyptic futures. Fans of Mamoru Oshii would also probably enjoy his work—while not as stark as Oshii’s, similar tones and themes are usually prominent.
Rintaro’s work on Leji Matsumoto’s Arcadia, Galaxy Express, and Harlock pieces are his most popular and are a great way to sample his work. While some claim them to be a bit dated, you can tell that even then, Rintaro clearly had both a unique style and vision, even with the limitations in animation at the time (and still made them look good, regardless). His adaptation of Metropolis is also quite stunning, bringing a modern look to a Tezuka story while still keeping the heart of Tezuka’s message intact.

Agreed. I love his dark styles. They are absolutely gorgeous.

Official Japanese X-Men UFO Catcher Plush Doll. These X-men UFO Catcher dolls are very rare we’ve only seen them available a handful of times. This particular plushie is of Wolverine. UFO Catcher dolls can normally only be obtained by by winning them from a skill crane in a Japanese arcade making them hard to find and very collectible! It’s missing it’s original hang tag but info tag is still present and reads X-Men Copyright Marvel 1994, Jun Planning, Axis and a string of Japanese characters we unfortunately can’t read. Other than the hang tag this plush is in perfect condition, bright colors, no stains holes or other markings. Perfect for your X-Men Collection.

This features one of starters from Pokemon Gold and Silver and more recently heart gold and soul silver, Totodile. Very Cute charm of the pokemon with a little tag that has it’s name in Japanese characters (Incidentally it’s Japanese name is Waininoko). This charm is new and never used, it was only taken out of it’s plastic for pictures. A perfect accessory for your cell phone or DS. If you’ve been collecting anime and manga related items for a long time you’re eventually going to come across a furoku item. Furoku is a gift item given away with the purchase of a Japanese magazine often one of the phonebook style Shoujo magazines such as Ribon or Nakayoshi but do occasionally pop up with other releases. In the same vein there are zenin items which are items you mailed in for using coupons from the magazine. Due to these items never being commercially available they’re often some of the rarest collectibles available. We carry various Furoku and Zenin items:

Original Production Sketch from The anime version of Violinist of Hameln. If you unfamiliar with animation cels, they are hand painted frames of animation that were used to make an animated series of film. This is an animation sketch which are also hand drawn by animators as the basis for the painted cel, each cel has a corresponding sketch. Each production cel or sketch represents part of the movement process and are hand painted or hand drawn by animators so no two are exactly alike. They’re a lot like movie props.

Beautiful artbook of Miwa Ueda simply called Peach. This is collection of her artwork from her mega popular Peach Girl manga as well as some of her other (unpublished in the west) comics. This is full of beautiful full color illustrations and several large fold outs. This is new dead stock so it is unread, but it is missing it’s dust jacket and the cover has some wear. Inner pages are clean and spine is tight. A really lovely artbook for any fan.

This is a foo, which are the clouds that make problematic fog banks for Mario.This is made of light weight PVC plastic and is about 1inch long and attaches to whatever you’d like it to with a small silver ball chain. This was displayed with a collection for a short time but is still in fantastic shape.
